Elaines Muffins With A Plus

- Pulp from the vegetable cocktail shopping list
- 2 eggs shopping list
- 1 cup milk shopping list
- ¼ cup olive oil shopping list
- ½ cup honey shopping list
- ¼ cup packed brown sugar shopping list
- 1 tsp salt shopping list
- 2 tsp vanilla extract shopping list
- about 2 ½ cups white flour shopping list
- about 1 cup whole wheat flour shopping list
- 1 tbsp baking soda shopping list
- 2 tsp baking powder shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 350*F
- Combine all dry ingredients, and blend well together
- Add the liquids
- Combine well
- Spoon into greased muffin pans
- Bake 15 to 20 minutes until golden brown
- This recipe usually makes 2 dozen muffins, depending on the size you prefer
