This is a really fun recipe and kids really do like them. Serve with a salad and wheat rolls for a great meal. If kids are fuzzy on salads make macaroni and cheese for them.

Ingredients
  • 2/3 cup cholesterol-free egg product
  • 1/2 cup KRAFT Horseradish Sauce
  • 1 can (14-3/4 oz.) red sockeye salmon, drained
  • 1 cup wheat bran flake cereal, crushed
  • 3 green onions, thinly sliced
  • 1 small red pepper, finely chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 Tbsp. canola oil

Directions
  1. MIX egg product, horseradish sauce, salmon, cereal, onions, peppers and garlic until well blended.
  2. HEAT lemon juice and oil in large nonstick skillet on medium heat.
  3. DROP 1/3 cupfuls of salmon mixture, in batches, into the hot oil mixture; flatten into patties with spatula. Cook 5 to 7 minutes on each side or until patties are heated through and lightly browned on both sides.
