Petite Caramel-Pecan Rolls Recipe
A yummy and easy recipe from pillsbury to make mini rolls! They are great for breakfast... or any other time

Ingredients
  • 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup butter, softened
  • 2 tbsp light corn syrup
  • 1 can (8 oz) Pillsbury refrigerated cresent dinner rolls
  • 2 tbsp granulated sugar
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped pecans

Directions
  1. Heat oven to 375
  2. In small borlw, mix brown sugar, butter and corn syrup, then spread in bottom of an ungreaed 8 or 9 inch round cake pan
  3. Separate dough into 4 rectangles and firmly press perforations to seal
  4. In small bowl mix granulated sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle evenly over rectangles
  5. Sprinkle 1 tbsp of pecans on each rectangle
  6. Starting at shorter side, roll up each rectangle and pinch edges to seal
  7. Cut each roll into 4 slices and place cut side down ove brown sugar mixture in pan
  8. Bake 20-27 minutes, until golden brown
  9. Cool in pan 1 minute then invert onto serving platter
