pork and appel burgers

burger with a difference, these are a very tasty alternative to beef and healthy too
Ingredients
- 1 apple, peeled and cored shopping list
- 1 stick celery, wiped clean shopping list
- 1 onion shopping list
- 400g pork mince shopping list
- 1 egg, beaten shopping list
- 2 tbsp oil- if frying shopping list
How to make it
- Grate the apple, celery and onion
- mix with the minced meat and egg.
- Shape them into 4 burgers.
