This is my all-time FAVORITE dressing! And it's always a hit at every party!!!

Ingredients
  • 1 C Olive Oil
  • 1/2 C Balsamic Vinegar
  • 2-3 tablespoons of jam (strawberry or blueberry, anything you like will work)
  • Parsley to taste
  • Garlic powder to taste
  • Onion powder to taste
  • Dash of Salt
  • Dash of Pepper
  • Dash of Oregano
  • Dash of Basil

Directions
  1. Put Olive Oil, Balsamic Vinegar and Jam in a Bowl and whisk
  2. Add all of the spices and whisk together into the liquid mixture
  3. Chill in the fridge and serve on salad or as a sweet veggie dip
  4. It will always need to be re-whisked before serving up, as the olive oil and vinegar separate.
