Zucchini Pie Recipe

Ingredients

1½ c. grated or pureed zucchini

3/4 c. sugar

2 eggs

3 Tbsp flour

1 can Eagle Brand

1½ T. Butter

1 tsp. vanilla

Directions

Mix all ingredients in a blender.

Pour into unbaked pie shells.

Sprinkle with cinnamon and nutmeg.

Bake at 425 for 20 min.

then reduce to 325 for 30 min.

Real easy.
