Ingredients
  • Homemade garam masala or spice of your choice
  • homemade green goddess dressing or whatever floats your boat
  • cleaned and steamed fresh shrimp
  • 1 or 2 cans of shredded crab meat
  • --------------
  • salad base:
  • -----
  • green leaf
  • red leaf
  • romaine lettuces
  • 1/2 large red onion
  • 10 -14 grape tomatoes sliced in half
  • jalepenos or other hot pepper
  • garam masala

Directions
  1. Prepare your salad base first in separate bowls
  2. washing and drying lettuce
  3. cutting salad rings
  4. tomatoes
  5. optional jalepenos or hot peppers sliced in tiny rings
  6. ----------
  7. place shrimp in steamer with garam masala sprinkled over
  8. steam cleaned and deveined shrimp for only a bout 2 to 3 minutes and I left mine whole and warm
  9. separate among bowls
  10. add drained crab in bowls
  11. --------
  12. lightly spoon on dressing and 'fluff' leaving shrimp warm and savory
  13. That's it!
  14. Enjoy!
