How to make it

  • Combine butter, sugar, egg and vanilla until light and fluffy.
  • Stir in remaining ingredients, folding in the raisins, peanuts and almonds last. You may have to finish combining the ingredients with your hands.
  • Shape into small balls and place on lightly greased baking sheets.
  • Cover and chill 2 hours or overnight.
  • Preheat oven to 375F.
  • Bake trays 10 minutes, rotating halfway through.
  • Cool 5 minutes on sheets before removing to wire racks.
