How to make it

  • add some olive oil to a large pot and start chopping onion get it in the pot chop carrote get it in the pot chop celery and garlic get them in the pot dont forget to stir, cut tomatos and get them in the pot chop coliflower get that in the pot, let all this brown and reduce so youll have a mush of saute veggies add salt and pepper to taste while this is going on you should charr up you chilis and place them ina large bowl with plasic wrap over to steam the skin right off them, once cooled take off black skin and de seed them chop them up and put them in the pan add your tomato sauce and 1 cup water
  • for chili seasons:
  • chili powder
  • cumin
  • smoked salt
  • lime salt
  • dryed oragino parsley and tyme
  • i have a smokey sweet pepper seasons from mccormic verry good id pick some up it adds great flavor plus no msg or presertivs
  • add about a small girly hand full of each seasons to the pot
  • and you can add the cashews to make somthings that has a meaty texture key for the meateater they never know its nuts but your veggie only friends will be happy not to eat an animal!
  • i let it bubble slowely for at leased 3 hours so eveything combinds good, i eat this with cheese and lots of it but my vegie only friends prefure veggie cheese anyway you eat it you can feelgood about no animals and only good fat was used to make this!!

    hey everyone sorry but i forgot the main ingredient beans, duh whats a chili without beans, lol i added three canes of white kidney beans to this recipe, thanks!!Rakka

    This sounds great! Even though I eat meat I prefer all vegetable chili. I'm going to try this and add some beans as well.
