Ingredients

How to make it

  • In a small bowl combine coffee, liqueur and vanilla extract. Set aside.
  • In a medium bowl beat whipping cream until stiff peaks are formed. Place in refrigerator until needed.
  • In another medium bowl beat marscapone cheese with sugar until smooth. Place in refrigerator until needed.
  • Line the bottom of an 8x8 pan with 1/2 of the Ladyfingers, overlapping to fit. Spoon 1/2 of the coffee mixture over the cookies.
  • Next, fold the whipped cream into the marscapone cheese mixture. Spread half of this mixture over the Ladyfingers. Place remaining cookies over the cheese layer and spoon remaining coffee mixture over the cookies. Top this with the remaining cheese mixture. Sprinkle top of the Tiramisu with the cocoa powder.
  • Place toothpicks into the top of the dessert and cover with plastic wrap. Refrigerate for at least 3 hours.
