Oven Fried Potatoes Recipe

How to make it

  • Place potatoes in two large resealable plastic bags.
  • Combine Parmesan cheese and seasonings then add to potatoes and shake to coat.
  • Pour oil in two rectangular baking pans then add potato mixture.
  • Bake uncovered at 375 for 50 minutes.
