Trinidad curry paste

- 1 teaspoon of cloves shopping list
- 1 teaspoon of turmeric shopping list
- 1 large onion, chopped shopping list
- 1 - teaspoon of anise seeds shopping list
- 1 - teaspoon of cumin seeds shopping list
- 1 - teaspoon of fenugreek seeds shopping list
- 6 -tablespoon of coriander seeds shopping list
- 1 - teaspoon of black peppercorns shopping list
- 2 - garlic cloves peeled, chopped shopping list
- 1 - teaspoon of black mustard seeds shopping list
- 1/2 - fresh habanera chili or 1 Red jalapeno pepper seeds and stem shopping list
- removed chopped shopping list
- -water as needed shopping list
How to make it
- First roast separately all of the seeds
- with the cloves including peppercorns.
- Grind all of the ingredients into a fine
- paste with a mortar and pestle, or use a
- food processor and puree.
- Make 1 1/2 cups
