Curried Chicken Salad

- I whole chicken breast on the bone, skin on. shopping list
- 1tablespoon curry (or more, according to your taste) shopping list
- 1 cup seedless grapes shopping list
- 1/2 cup roughly chopped, toasted pecans shopping list
- 3 scallions, chopped finely shopping list
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise shopping list
- salt and pepper to taste shopping list
How to make it
- Steam the chicken. Let cool completely. Cut into cubes about 1/2 by 1/2 inch.
- Cut grapes in half.
- Combine cooled chicken, grapes, pecan, scallions, mayonnaise and curry powder. Mix thoroughly.
- Adjust the amounts of ingredients according to your taste. We like a lot of curry powder.
- Chill for at least 2 hours.
- Serve with crackers or in pita bread.
