How to make it

  • Steam the chicken. Let cool completely. Cut into cubes about 1/2 by 1/2 inch.
  • Cut grapes in half.
  • Combine cooled chicken, grapes, pecan, scallions, mayonnaise and curry powder. Mix thoroughly.
  • Adjust the amounts of ingredients according to your taste. We like a lot of curry powder.
  • Chill for at least 2 hours.
  • Serve with crackers or in pita bread.
