Ingredients
  • 1 large cucumber
  • 1/3 cup salad oil
  • 3 TBSP.vinegar
  • 1 1/2 teasp.snipped dill or 1/2 teasp. dried
  • 1/4 teasp. sugar
  • 1/4 teasp.salt
  • 1/8 teasp. pepper

Directions
  1. beat together oil and vinegar
  2. stir in spices
  3. pare cucumber...and pare paper thin
  4. pour oil mixture over cucumber slices and refrigerate of several hours
