Ice Box Mandarin Orange Cheese Cheese Pie Recipe

Ingredients

8 oz. cream cheese, softened

1 1/4 cup orange marmalade

2 cups frozen whipped topping, thawed (Cool Whip)

2 cans mandarin oranges (11 oz. each), well drained

1 graham cracker pie shell (9", store-bought or homemade)

Directions

Blend the cream cheese and marmalade.

Stir in the whipped topping.

place a single layer of the mandarins in bottom of pie shell.

Spoon the cheese mixture over the oranges.

Decoratively top with the remaining oranges.

Cover and chill 2 hours or overnight.

Garnish with remaining whipped topping.

Serve.
