How to make it

  • Blend the cream cheese and marmalade.
  • Stir in the whipped topping.
  • place a single layer of the mandarins in bottom of pie shell.
  • Spoon the cheese mixture over the oranges.
  • Decoratively top with the remaining oranges.
  • Cover and chill 2 hours or overnight.
  • Garnish with remaining whipped topping.
  • Serve.

    I always use ripe mangoes for this kind of recipe but I love this twist and like mangoes, mandarin oranges are always available here. Gotta try this! Thanks -high 5!!!
