This sauce goes perfectly well with pork or beef baby-back ribs either baked or broiled. Easy to prepare and the ingredients are readily available from your fridge or cupboard.

Ingredients
  • 1pc big onion, chopped
  • ½ cup catsup
  • 1 tsp garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp prepared mustard
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tsp cloves
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp ginger
  • 2 tbsp vinegar
  • salt and cayenne pepper to taste
  • ½ cup honey
  • ½ cup orange juice

Directions
  1. Blend together all ingredients.
  2. Marinade with baby-back ribs for 1 hour before baking or broiling.
