Ingredients

1pc big onion, chopped

½ cup catsup

1 tsp garlic, minced

1 tsp prepared mustard

2 tbsp butter

1 tsp cloves

2 tbsp soy sauce

1 tsp ginger

2 tbsp vinegar

salt and cayenne pepper to taste

½ cup honey

½ cup orange juice

Directions

Blend together all ingredients.

Marinade with baby-back ribs for 1 hour before baking or broiling.
