Ingredients

2 10oz bags angel hair slaw

1/2 cup diced green onions

2/3 cup ranch dressing

1 can mandarin oranges, well drained

1 ripe peeled avocado, pitted and coarsely chopped

Directions

Combine green onion and slaw in a large bowl.

Add dressing; toss to coat.

Add remaining ingredients; toss gently.

Serve immediately.

I like the addition of the mandarin oranges here plus avocados are one of my childhood favorites!
