Zucchini Casserole

- 4 zucchini, stem until crunch tender, about 5 minutes. shopping list
- 1/2 T basil, or to taste shopping list
- mushrooms, 1 carton sliced shopping list
- 1/4 c water shopping list
- 8 oz monterey jack cheese, shredded shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Place stemed zucchini in a 9x13 casserole.
- Add water.
- Sprinkle with basil.
- Add sliced sliced mushrooms.
- Add most of the cheese and toss, (leave some to sprinkle on top).
- Bake until the cheese is melted and lightly browned.
