Easy Chocolate Lovers Cheesepie

- 3 8 ounce packages of softened cream cheese shopping list
- 3/4 cup sugar shopping list
- 3 eggs shopping list
- 1 teaspoon vanilla shopping list
- 2 cups semi-sweet mini chocolate chips shopping list
- 1 large graham cracker crust shopping list
- 2 tablespoons whipping cream shopping list
- 3 tablespoons caramel topping shopping list
- 2 tablespoons toasted pecans shopping list
How to make it
- Heat oven to 450 degrees
- Beat cream cheese and sugar in a large bowl with mixer until well blended.
- Add eggs and vanilla.
- Stir in 1 & 2/3 cups of the mini semi-sweet chocolate chips and pour into crust.
- Bake 10 minutes.
- Without opening oven door, reduce temperature to 250 degrees and continue baking for 30 minutes or until set.
- Remove from oven to wire rack and cool completely.
- Cover and refrigerate until thouroughly chilled.
- Place remaining 1/3 cups chips and whipping cream in a small bowl and microwave 20 to 30 seconds until mixture is smooth when stirred.
- Cool slightly and spread over top of cheesepie.
- Drizzle caramel topping over the top and sprinkle with toasted pecans.
- Refrigerate 15 minutes or until topping is set.
- Cover and refrigerate leftover pie.
