Ingredients

How to make it

  • 1. Beat eggs - Add bean sprouts, sauce, onions and meat.
  • 2. Heat frying pan with oil enough to grease pan - drop mixture by spoon, like pancakes, fry until light brown on both sides.
  • 3. Remove, place on heated plate, keep warm. (Makes approximately 12.)
  • 4. Heat "gravy mix" until completely heated. Place 3 pancakes on plate, cover with gravy, add soy sauce to taste.

    Hello...
My Mother use to make 'Egg Foo Yung' just like this! It was always so good! The recipe for the gravy is new to me, but sounds delicious.
Thank-you for sharing this "5"FORK!!!!! recipe.
