Okie Tornados

This is a finger food or appetizer. I have used them for main dish and added other side items. Fast and tasty.
Ingredients
- Package of Velveeta spicy cheese- if you don't find the spicy, get regular and add some spicy jack cheese. shopping list
- Package of flour tortillas shopping list
- 1/2 cup cheddar cheese shopping list
- 1/2 cup grated spicy jack cheese (if needed, add more) shopping list
- 1/4 cup finely chopped cilantro shopping list
- 1/4 cup finely chopped onion if desired shopping list
- oil or Pam skillet spray (for frying pan) shopping list
- guacamole dip of any type shopping list
How to make it
- Cube the Velveeta cheese into very small cubes and mix with the grated cheeses. Mix in other ingredients, except for the oil.
- Heat the tortillas over the fire or warm in microwave.
- Fill tortilla's with the cheese mixture and tuck in one end and roll tightly.
- Heat a very small bit of the oil or heat pan with the Pam skillet spray.
- Heat in the skillet until all sides are very lightly crisp and cheese is melted. Adjust heat on stove as needed
- Do not overfill. About 1/4 of what you would put in a burrito.
- Serving size will depend on how big your tortilla's are.
- Enjoy. Dip in Guacamole or salsa if you like.
