Cider Roasted Squash

- 4 cups cubed peeled butternut squash shopping list
- 1 medium onion, cut into thin wedges shopping list
- 2 tbs apple cider shopping list
- 1 tbs olive oil shopping list
- 1-1/2 tsp brown sugar shopping list
- 1/4 tsp salt shopping list
- 1/8 tsp pepper shopping list
- 1/8 tsp ground nutmeg shopping list
How to make it
- Place the squash and the onion in a greased 13x9x2" baking dish. Combine the cider, oil, brown sugar, salt, pepper and nutmeg; pour over squash mixture.
- Cover and bake at 450ยบ for 35 minutes or until tender, stirring every 10 minutes.
- Yield 4-6 servings
