Banana Caramel Cream Cheese Pie

- CRUST: shopping list
- 1 1/4 cup crushed graham shopping list
- 2 tbsp sugar shopping list
- 1/4 cup melted butter shopping list
- cream cheese FILLING: shopping list
- 1 pack (225g) cream cheese, softened shopping list
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar shopping list
- 2 cups all-purpose cream, whipped shopping list
- CARAMEL: shopping list
- 1/2 cup sugar shopping list
- 2 tbs water shopping list
- 1/2 cup all-purpose cream shopping list
- 2 tbs softened butter shopping list
- ADDITIONAL INGREDIENTS: shopping list
- 3 pcs large bananas, sliced shopping list
- 1/4 cup chocolate syrup (store bought like hershey's) shopping list
- 1/3 cup walnuts, coarsely chopped shopping list
- 1/4 cup praline candy, chopped shopping list
How to make it
- In a large bowl, mix all crust ingredients and press onto a 9" pie plate. Chill for 30 minutes.
- For the filling, beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until light and fluffy.
- In another bowl, whip cream and fold into the cream cheese mixture.
- To make the caramel, place sugar and water in saucepan.
- Cook until the sugar is melted and mixture turns golden brown.
- Remove from heat and stir in cream.
- Add butter and let cool.
- To assemble, place slices of banana on the bottom of crust and sprinkle with walnuts.
- Pour caramel and chocolate syrup over bananas.
- Spread cream cheese mixture and top with chopped praline candy.
- Chill for 3 hours or more before serving.
