Ingredients
  • 6 potatoes medium
  • 1 can 10 oz rotel diced tomatoes an chilies
  • 1 8 oz sour cream
  • 3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 jalapinoes 1 seeded and deveined and 1 not
  • chopped fine

Directions
  1. cook taters in boiling water for 15 minutes
  2. i like the skins on. if you don't remove them
  3. put all but the cheese in a large bowl
  4. beat with mixer till smooth
  5. put in a 2 quart dish , bake 25 minutes preheat to 375
  6. remove and sprinkle with cheese bake 5 more minutes untill cheese melts
