Marvelous hickory smoked chicken from a table top smoker. I used this smoker about 7 times to make a total of 20 lbs smoked barbecue chicken for a party. I also enjoy smoking fish, vegetables ( esp potatoes, onion, pepper and mushrooms )

Ingredients
  • Chicken parts as desired
  • barbecue dry spice rub ( your favorite )
  • table top smoker ( I have a Cameron brand smoker )
  • hickory wood chips for smoker
  • Favorite barbecue sauce ( I used Sweet Baby Ray's brand )

Directions
  1. Remove excess fat from chicken parts
  2. Heat up your table top smoker with wood chips per manufacturers instuctions
  3. Season chicken with barbecue dry rub liberly.
  4. Smokes parts in table top smoker 1/2 hour.
  5. Remove chciken parts place on baking try and brush liberally with favorite barbecue sauce.
  6. Broil several inches from broiler about 5 mijutes per side till golden and dark in some spots.
  7. This stuff freezes and reheats wonderfully well!
