Marvelous hickory smoked chicken from a table top smoker. I used this smoker about 7 times to make a total of 20 lbs smoked barbecue chicken for a party. I also enjoy smoking fish, vegetables ( esp potatoes, onion, pepper and mushrooms )

Ingredients
- Chicken parts as desired
- barbecue dry spice rub ( your favorite )
- table top smoker ( I have a Cameron brand smoker )
- hickory wood chips for smoker
- Favorite barbecue sauce ( I used Sweet Baby Ray's brand )
Directions
- Remove excess fat from chicken parts
- Heat up your table top smoker with wood chips per manufacturers instuctions
- Season chicken with barbecue dry rub liberly.
- Smokes parts in table top smoker 1/2 hour.
- Remove chciken parts place on baking try and brush liberally with favorite barbecue sauce.
- Broil several inches from broiler about 5 mijutes per side till golden and dark in some spots.
- This stuff freezes and reheats wonderfully well!
