Mangoes In Creamy Sauce Flambe Recipe
Mangoes in a creamy chocolate Margarita sauce, serve flamed. Serve it with a really good vanilla or coconut ice cream. Heaven!

Ingredients
  • 2 mangoes, sliced
  • 3 Tbl. butter
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tsp. lime juice
  • 1/4 cup chocolate liquor (ie: Godiva)
  • 3 Tbl. Tequila
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream

Directions
  1. Melt butter in a skillet large enough to hold all the mango.
  2. Add the brown sugar and stir in to melt it.
  3. Add the lime juice.
  4. Pour in the chocolate liquor.
  5. Bring mixture to low simmer.
  6. Place the mango slices in the in the skillet and heat through.
  7. Add the cream and gently stir in.
  8. Transfer to a serving dish and pour over the tequila and light it.
  9. Serve with some ice cream if you like.
