Ingredients

How to make it

  • Seed tomatoes well, chop into small pieces.
  • Finely dice red onion, then seed and finely dice/mince the jalapeno.
  • De-stem most of the cilantro, chopping finely.
  • Place all into a glass mixing bowl, and top with the other ingredients.
  • Toss well, cover and refrigerate for a couple hours before serving.
  • Toss well again before serving.
  • Enjoy!

    Sounds great. Exactly the way I do mine except I don't use vinegar, HOWEVER I'm going to try it, I think it will make a great addition. High 5 and a great post my friend. Yummers.
