Assorted Tomatoes Pico My Way

- 6-8 medium tomatoes--red, yellow, peach, early girls or whatever you have shopping list
- 1/2 cup red onion shopping list
- large handful cilantro shopping list
- 1 medium jalapeno shopping list
- 1 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 3 Tbs. vinegar shopping list
- 1 Tbs. lemon juice shopping list
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper shopping list
- 1 tsp. garlic, finely minced shopping list
How to make it
- Seed tomatoes well, chop into small pieces.
- Finely dice red onion, then seed and finely dice/mince the jalapeno.
- De-stem most of the cilantro, chopping finely.
- Place all into a glass mixing bowl, and top with the other ingredients.
- Toss well, cover and refrigerate for a couple hours before serving.
- Toss well again before serving.
- Enjoy!

Sounds great. Exactly the way I do mine except I don't use vinegar, HOWEVER I'm going to try it, I think it will make a great addition. High 5 and a great post my friend. Yummers.
