How to make it

  • In a bowl, combine the soy sauce, marmalade, ketchup and garlic. Pour half into a 5-qt. slow cooker. Top with ribs; drizzle with remaining sauce. Cover and cook on low for 6 hours or until tender. Thicken cooking juices if desired.

    These have a really different flavor than what you might expect. Actually, they have no flavor other than an occasional taste of orange marmalade. What I liked about the recipe was that it was easy and yielded moist, juicy/saucy, fall apart ribs. I baked these rather than use a crockpot. For more see “I Made It II:” Chinese Pork Ribs
