Pecan Pie

- 1/4 cup butter shopping list
- 1/2 cup sugar shopping list
- 1 cup dark corn syrup shopping list
- 1/4 t. salt shopping list
- 3 large eggs shopping list
- 1 cup coarsely chopped pecans shopping list
- 1 9-inch unbaked pie shell shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to350 degrees
- Cream butter. Gradually add sugar and beat until fluffy. Add corn syrup and salt. Beat well. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in pecans.
- Pour into pie shell. Bake 50 to 55 mintues or until a knife inserted halfway between the outside and the center comes out clean.
- Cool completely before serving.
