Poppy Seed Noodles Recipe

Ingredients

8 ounces whole grain spaghetti

1-1/2 cups sour cream

1 tablespoon poppy seeds

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 large tomato chopped

1 cup grated parmesan cheese

Directions

Cook spaghetti and drain well then stir in sour cream, poppy seeds and salt.

Gently fold in tomato then place in greased pie plate and cover with parmesan cheese.

Bake at 350 for 20 minutes.
