Mashed Potato and Sausage Casserolee

- 1 lb. bulk pork sausage shopping list
- 1 bag (1lb.) frozen mixed vegetables shopping list
- 1 cup onion seasoned beef broth shopping list
- 3 tbsp. all purpose flour shopping list
- 1/2 pkg. (7.2 oz.) roasted garlic mashed potato mix (i pouch) shopping list
- water, milk and butter called for on potato mix shopping list
How to make it
- Heat the oven to 425*F.
- Butter a 8x8" baking dish.
- Cook sausage in a skillet over medium high heat, stir until no longer pink, drain.
- Mix sausage and mixed vegetables in baking dish.
- Mix broth and flour in a small bowl.
- Pour over sausage mixture, stir to toss.
- Cover and bake 45 minutes, until bubbly and slightly thickened.
- Make potatoes as directed on pkg.
- Stir in water, milk and butter, let stand 5 minutes.
- Spoon onto sausage mixture.
- Bake uncovered 12 minutes or until potatoes start to brown.

Ah! it is my Queen..lol...I thank you kindly for adding in the mixed veggies. I love sausage but restrict how often I have it. It's the "piggy fat" you know ha. ha. But this is a keeper. It's a 5+ here. Best to you and your hubby.
