- Wild salmon Rub: shopping list
- 1 Tablespoon kosher salt shopping list
- 1 Tablespoon garlic salt shopping list
- 1 Tablespoon black pepper shopping list
- 2 Tablespoons dark brown sugar shopping list
- 1 Pound salmon shopping list
- cooking oil shopping list
- cheesecloth shopping list
How to make it
- Prepare your smoker,and maintain at 165
- Mix the ingredents for rub.
- Wash and dry salmon,massage in the dry rub mixture.
- Brush oil on salmon and cheesecloth,wrap salmon in cheesecloth.
- Place in smoker away from heat
- Cheescloth will get dark,but allow smoke to permeate.
- Cook for about 3 hours,until flaky
