From All Creatures site, this is a really tasty dressing. Love this on cucumber salad.

Ingredients
  • 1-1/2 cups Red Wine Vinegar
  • 1-1/2 cups Water
  • 2-3 Garlic Cloves (peeled)
  • 2 tbsp. Dill Weed, dry
  • 1 tsp. Basil, Sweet, dry
  • 1 tsp. Oregano, dry
  • 1/8 tsp Stevia Extract, white powder (sweetener)
  • 1 tsp. Guar Gum (thickener)

Directions
  1. Place all of the ingredients in a blender container, cover, and run it at high speed until the salad dressing is "creamy" smooth (about 3 minutes).
  2. Pour the salad dressing into a serving container for immediate use, or pour into a tightly sealed bottle and store in the refrigerator. Use within 5-7 days.
  3. Enjoy!

I went to this italian resturaunt, and these people had the best hopuse dressig I have ever tasted. A thick brown vinegarette, it was off the chain. And I need someone to give me a similar recipe.


I love salmon, the way I always cook it is, baked .
I marinate it in italian dressing and season it with garlic powder,season salt, butter, and lemon. bake it for about 20 minutes in a preheated
oven on 400 degrees.GREAT!!!!!!!!
