Ingredients

How to make it

  • Boil the milk mixed with water .
  • Add the rice and dhal to it .
  • Simmer for 10 mins .
  • Add the nuts , raisins and cardamoms .
  • Once fully cooked and sticky , mix the syrup in .
  • Serve piping HOT .

    Dal (dahl, dhal or daal)is a preparation of pulses (dried beans) which have been stripped of their outer hulls and split.
