Ingredients

Fussili pasta (spiral)

Dried tomatoes, jullienned

Green olives, sliced in half

Capers (optional)

Roasted bell pepper, diced

Smoked pancetta or any local ham, diced

Feta cheese

Extra-virgin Olive oil

Salt & pepper to taste

*No real proportions - just throw in the bowl to make a salad.

Directions

Cook the pasta, drain and run cold water over it.

Mix all the ingredients then put in the fridge for about an hour before serving.
