Insalata Di Pasta

A recipe from my niece who lives in Milan. A favorite of Italians to bring to the beach during the summer. I've tried this too and it's good!
Ingredients
- Fussili pasta (spiral) shopping list
- dried tomatoes, jullienned shopping list
- green olives, sliced in half shopping list
- capers (optional) shopping list
- roasted bell pepper, diced shopping list
- Smoked pancetta or any local ham, diced shopping list
- feta cheese shopping list
- extra-virgin olive oil shopping list
- salt & pepper to taste shopping list
- *No real proportions - just throw in the bowl to make a salad. shopping list
How to make it
- Cook the pasta, drain and run cold water over it.
- Mix all the ingredients then put in the fridge for about an hour before serving.
