Beet Cumin Salad Recipe

Ingredients

1 large or 2 medium beets

DRESSING

1/2 t. sugar

1/2 to 1 t. salt

1/2 to 1 t. pepper

1/4 t. cumin powder

1 t. lime juice

Directions

In small pan, boil beets in water for 5 minutes; they will be quite firm;

grate or shred the beets;

combine in small bowl with dressing ingredients.
