Chicken with Pumpkin and Cranberries

Very different, very unique and very awesome. Great blend of flavors. Enjoy.
Ingredients
- 2 broiler chickens cut in halves shopping list
- 1/2 pumpkin peeled seeded quartered and sliced shopping list
- 1 cup cranberries washed shopping list
- 1/2 cup water shopping list
- 2 tablespoons butter shopping list
How to make it
- Put all ingredients in a roasting pan and bake and 375 for 35 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper and serve.
