Ingredients
  • 2 broiler chickens cut in halves
  • 1/2 pumpkin peeled seeded quartered and sliced
  • 1 cup cranberries washed
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 2 tablespoons butter

Directions
  1. Put all ingredients in a roasting pan and bake and 375 for 35 minutes.
  2. Season with salt and pepper and serve.
