Ingredients
  • 1 (3 ounce) package cream cheese
  • 2 c. all purpose flour
  • 1/4 c. brown sugar (firmly packed)
  • 1/2 c. butter
  • 1/4 c. molasses
  • 1/2 tsp. soda
  • 1 egg
  • 1 c. salted spanish peanuts
  • 2 c. coarsley crushed soda crackers
  • sugar

Directions
  1. In large mixing bowl Combine:
  2. All ingredients except, (peanuts,crackers&sugar)
  3. Blend well with mixer
  4. Fold in peanuts & crackers
  5. Blend well
  6. Cover: (Chill about 2 hours)
  7. Shape dough into small balls, using a rounded tsp. for each
  8. Roll in sugar
  9. Place on un-greased cookie sheet
  10. Bake at 375 degrees
  11. 15 min
  12. makes 54 to 60 cookies
  13. Enjoy :)
