Great with Milk, Java, or A cup of Hot Herb tea :)
Ingredients
- 1 (3 ounce) package cream cheese shopping list
- 2 c. all purpose flour shopping list
- 1/4 c. brown sugar (firmly packed) shopping list
- 1/2 c. butter shopping list
- 1/4 c. molasses shopping list
- 1/2 tsp. soda shopping list
- 1 egg shopping list
- 1 c. salted Spanish peanuts shopping list
- 2 c. coarsley crushed soda crackers shopping list
- sugar shopping list
How to make it
- In large mixing bowl Combine:
- All ingredients except, (peanuts,crackers&sugar)
- Blend well with mixer
- Fold in peanuts & crackers
- Blend well
- Cover: (Chill about 2 hours)
- Shape dough into small balls, using a rounded tsp. for each
- Roll in sugar
- Place on un-greased cookie sheet
- Bake at 375 degrees
- 15 min
- makes 54 to 60 cookies
