Shrimp Singapore

- 4 Tbl. butter shopping list
- 4 Tbl. flour shopping list
- 1 tsp. curry powder, hot or mild...your call shopping list
- 1 tsp salt shopping list
- dash cayenne pepper shopping list
- 2 cups chicken stock shopping list
- 1 pound cooked shrimp, shelled shopping list
- 2 bananas ripe but firm, peeled and quartered shopping list
How to make it
- Melt butter in a sauce pan.
- Blend in the flour, curry powder, salt and cayenne.
- Add the stock.
- Cook stirring constantly , until thickens and comes to a boil.
- Add the shrimp and bananas to the sauce mixture,
- Cook until heated through.
- Serve with white rice.
