How to make it

  • Melt butter in a sauce pan.
  • Blend in the flour, curry powder, salt and cayenne.
  • Add the stock.
  • Cook stirring constantly , until thickens and comes to a boil.
  • Add the shrimp and bananas to the sauce mixture,
  • Cook until heated through.
  • Serve with white rice.
