Ingredients
  • 6 Tilapia filets
  • olive oil
  • Bread Crumbs
  • 1 TBS. brown spicy mustard ( I used creole)
  • 1 TBS. Jack Danials Honey Mustard
  • 1 TBS. Stone Ground Mustar
  • Lemon juice from one lemon
  • 3 TBS. Worchestershire sauce
  • 3 TBS. of fresh grated parmesan cheese
  • Basil
  • Oregano
  • Pepper
  • I would guess no more that a teaspoon of each. I am trying to get better about watching how much i use of ingredients.

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 375
  2. lightly coat filets with some olive oil and place in oven safe dish and cook for ten minutes
  3. Then coat the top of the fish with the pasty sauce and then sprinkle with bread crumbs and bake another 5 minutes or untill slightly crusty on top.
  4. You could just use only spicy mustard and I bet it would be good, just use whatever you have thats what i would do. We are mustard freaks so we always have a variety.
  5. I would say this is a very healthy meal. you could even use cooking spray on your dish and just real light on fish to make it even less calories and fat..but you know you gotta have some fat in your diet.
