cantalope pepper smoothie shake

i know i kow, its weird but cantalope and a cured ham it great right, sweet and savory, i love it, try it!!
Ingredients
- one fresh cantalope i like mine under ripened shopping list
- 1 cup greek yoghurt shopping list
- 1 cup whole milk shopping list
- 1 teaspoon salt shopping list
- lots of fresh grouns pepper shopping list
- 1 teaspoon honey shopping list
- 1-2 cup ice shopping list
How to make it
- cut cantalope into small pieces
- put it all in the blender unthin thick and no chuncks
- i serve with a dolip of greek yoghurt and more pepper
- enjoy!!
