Blueberry Pie

- Baked pie shell shopping list
- 1 cup water shopping list
- 4 cups blueberries shopping list
- 3/4 cup sugar shopping list
- 3 tbsp. cornstarch-dissolved shopping list
- 1 tbsp. lemon juice shopping list
How to make it
- Boil 1 cup of blueberries with 1 cup water about a minute.
- Add 3/4 cup sugar, 3 tbsp. cornstarch and 1 tbsp. lemon juice.
- Boil that another minute or so till it starts to thicken up.
- Take it off the heat and fold in 3 cups of blueberries, then pour into pie shell.
- Chill and eat!
