How to make it

  • Place shrimp in a 1 1/2-qt. casserole. Microwave, covered, at HIGH 5-8 minutes, or until shrimp just turn pink, stirring 2 or 3 times. Do not overcook. Set aside.
  • Place butter in a 4 cup measure. Microwave at HIGH until melted. Blend in flour and all the spices. Blend in milk with a wire whisk. Microwave at HIGH 3-6 minutes, or until thick and bubbly, stirring with whisk 2 or3 times. Drain shrimp; stir in sauce. Serve with cocktail picks.
