How to make it

  • Add light cream and blend well.
  • Cook over direct heat for 6 to 8 minutes, or until mixture thickens, stirring constantly with a wooden spoon.
  • Add slowly, stirring constantly, Dry Red Wine seasoned with salt and Nutmeg.
