Ingredients
  • 1 cup Powdered Sugar
  • 1 Tbsp Sweet Butter
  • 1/2 cup Light Cream
  • 1/4 cup Dry Red Wine, with a few grains of Salt and Nutmeg

Directions
  1. Cream together powdered sugar and sweet butter.
  2. Add light cream and blend well.
  3. Cook over direct heat for 6 to 8 minutes, or until mixture thickens, stirring constantly with a wooden spoon.
  4. Add slowly, stirring constantly, Dry Red Wine seasoned with salt and Nutmeg.

Delicious! I would also serve it with chicken, even vegetables - something like asparagus....mmmmm!


Sounds like a really good Seafood Pasta Sauce. But then I am Italian doncha know!
