  • IN HOT SKILLET ADD OIL
  • SEAR MEAT ON ALL SIDES TO SEAL IN JUICES
  • PUT ROAST IN A ROASTING PAN
  • ADD VEGETABLES
  • ADD WATER TO COVER VEGETABLES ( DO NOT COVER MEAT}
  • PUT ON TIGHT LID
  • BAKE AT 300-325 DEGRESS FOR (1-1/2) HOURS
  • ADD DRIED ONION AND CREAM OF MUSHROOM SOUPS
  • STIR : COVER AND COOK FOR ONE MORE HOUR
  • SAUTE MUSHROOMS IN BUTTER,GARLIC,PEPPER AND SOY SAUCE
  • PUT MEAT ON PLATTER TO REST BEFORE CUTTING
  • ADD MUSHROOMS TO GRAVY
  • MAKE A GRAVY WITH JUICES , IF YOU WANT ( I JUST USE THE JUICES AS MY GRAVY) TO POUR OVER MEAT
  • PUT VEGETABLES IN BOWLS ( YOU CAN MAKE MASHED POTAOES , IF YOU WANT)
