- oil shopping list
- (1) ENVELOPE OF DRIED onion soup shopping list
- (1) CAN OF cream of mushroom soup shopping list
- (4-5) red potatoes CUT IN QUARTERS ( I LEAVE SKIN ON) shopping list
- (3-4) carrots PEELED AND CUT THE SIZE YOU LIKE shopping list
- (1) POUND OF mushrooms shopping list
How to make it
- RUB SALT AND PEPPER INTO ROAST ALL OVER
- IN HOT SKILLET ADD OIL
- SEAR MEAT ON ALL SIDES TO SEAL IN JUICES
- PUT ROAST IN A ROASTING PAN
- ADD VEGETABLES
- ADD WATER TO COVER VEGETABLES ( DO NOT COVER MEAT}
- PUT ON TIGHT LID
- BAKE AT 300-325 DEGRESS FOR (1-1/2) HOURS
- ADD DRIED ONION AND CREAM OF MUSHROOM SOUPS
- STIR : COVER AND COOK FOR ONE MORE HOUR
- SAUTE MUSHROOMS IN BUTTER,GARLIC,PEPPER AND SOY SAUCE
- PUT MEAT ON PLATTER TO REST BEFORE CUTTING
- ADD MUSHROOMS TO GRAVY
- MAKE A GRAVY WITH JUICES , IF YOU WANT ( I JUST USE THE JUICES AS MY GRAVY) TO POUR OVER MEAT
- PUT VEGETABLES IN BOWLS ( YOU CAN MAKE MASHED POTAOES , IF YOU WANT)
