French Hard Sauce

- 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar shopping list
- 1/2 cup sweet butter shopping list
- 1 Tbsp Benedictine shopping list
- 1 Tbsp Chartreuse shopping list
- 1 Tbsp brandy shopping list
- 1 pinch nutmeg shopping list
- 1 well beaten egg yolk shopping list
How to make it
- Cream sweet butter until light.
- Gradually beat in egg yolk, powdered sugar, Benedictine, Chartreuse, Brandy, and nutmeg.
- Once thoroughly mixed and brought to right texture, enjoy!
