Lemon Mustard Butter is great on a sandwich

Ingredients
  • 1 stick sweet butter, softened
  • 1 1/2 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1-2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • salt and white pepper to taste

Directions
  1. With a fork, cream together the butter, mustard, and lemon juice.
  2. Taste; then add some salt and pepper.
  3. Shape into a log on a piece of waxed paper or clear plastic.
  4. Wrap and chill.
  5. When hard, cut into 1/4 inch pieces to serve.
