Quick Baked Walleye Recipe
QUICK BAKED WALLEYE This is a recipe I obtained from an estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the Olsen Estate in Grand Prairie, Texas in 1982.

Ingredients
  • 6 walleye filets
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 cups potato chips
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
  • 3/4 teaspoon thyme
  • 1 sleeve soda crackers crushed
  • 4 tablespoons melted butter

Directions
  1. Crush potato chaps and place in plastic bag along with parmesan cheese and thyme.
  2. Dip fish in milk then coat with potato chip mixture.
  3. Spray two large cookie sheets with nonstick cooking spray and sprinkle with crackers.
  4. Place fish on cookie sheets and drizzle with melted butter.
  5. Bake uncovered at 500 for 10 minutes.
