Easy Yakisoba Recipe
I Would Like to Add My Version of a Delicious Favourite of Many of You. This Is Also Great Way To Use Up Leftover Cooked Meats. (I Use Leftover Pork Loin Chops). Just A Great Tasting Meal.

Ingredients
  • 1 lb Cooked Meat, Diced 1/2" cubes. (Beef, Chicken Breast, Pork)
  • 1 Sm Head ('bout 1 lb) Nappa Cabbage Shreaded
  • 1 Large Carrot (sliced thin)
  • 1 Sm Onion (sliced thin)
  • 1 Sm Roasted Red Pepper (sliced thin)
  • 3 Packs Beef Flavoured Ramen Noodles
  • 6 oz Bean Sprouts
  • 3 Tbs Olive Oil
  • Sauce:
  • 3 Tbs Soy Sauce
  • 1 tsp Ground Ginger
  • 2 sm Cloves Garlic (minced)
  • 1/4 c Hoisin Sauce
  • 1/2 tsp Sesame Oil
  • 1 Tsp White Wine Vinegar

Directions
  1. Make Sauce and Aside
  2. Cook Ramen for 2 min, Drain. Mix In Flavour Packs & Aside Noodles,
  3. Saute Carrot & Onion In 2 Tbs Olive Oil Until Tender
  4. Add Meat(s) And Heat Through (1 Min.)
  5. Add 1 Tbs Olive Oil
  6. Add Nappa & Stir Fry Until Tender
  7. Stir In Roasted Red Pepper & Sprouts
  8. Stir In Ramen Noodles
  9. Stir In Sauce
  10. Cook Another Min. or Two Until Heated Thru.
  11. Plate Up and Enjoy!
