Fast Lemon Pecan Cake

- 1 box (18-ounce) lemon cake mix shopping list
- 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk shopping list
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil shopping list
- 1/4 cup water shopping list
- 2 eggs shopping list
- 1 1/2 cups golden raisins shopping list
- 1 1/2 cups chopped pecans shopping list
How to make it
- preheat oven to 325' F
- in a large bowl...beat cake mix, sweetened condensed milk, oil, water, and eggs at low speed until just moistened
- beat at high speed for 2 minutes.
- stir in raisins and pecans
- spoon the batter into 3 greased and floured 3 3/4 - 7 1/2-inch loaf pans
- bake 50 -60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out with a few crumbs attached
- cool in pans for 10 minutes
- remove from pans and cool completely on wire rack.
- to store wrap well in plastic wrap
